New to PSWID?

Here’s how to set up water service.

Opening an account takes just a few minutes. Here’s what you need to do.

STEP 1. Call us at (928) 476-4222.

We’ll need the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address where you require new service
  • Your phone number
  • Your preferred start date

STEP 2. Once we receive your request, we work internally to add your new account to our system.

STEP 3. On your service start date, a PSWID employee will visit your home to obtain a starting water meter read.

STEP 4. If there was a previous account holder at your new address, our customer service team makes sure that his or her account is completely disconnected, and new service is set up in your name.
