PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, Notice is hereby given to the Board of Directors and General Public that the PSWID Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the PSWID Office at 6306 W. Hardscrabble Road in Pine, Arizona at 6:00PM. The following Agenda items and any variables thereto, are subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval or other action. Upon a public majority vote of Board members constituting a quorum, the Board may hold an executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the District’s attorney or other matters pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A).

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38431.02, Notice is hereby given to the Board of Directors and General Public that the PSWID Board Members may be present from time to time in number for a quorum at Social Events based in Pine, Arizona. The following Agenda items, and any variables thereto, are subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval or other action. Upon a public majority vote of Board members constituting a quorum, the Board may hold an executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the District’s attorney or other matters pursuant to A.R.S. 38431.03 (A).

1) GIVEN THAT ALL PSWID BOARD MEMBERS ARE FULL TIME RESIDENTS OF PINE OR STRAWBERRY IT’S POSSIBLE A QUORUM MAY OR MAY NOT BE PRESENT AT VARIOUS SOCIAL FUNCTIONS. IN COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING LAW STATUTES NO DISTRICT BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSED OR
ACTED UPON DURING THESE SOCIAL ENCOUNTERS.
